Prime central London development The Broadley to launch for sale in Singapore
Units at The Broadley, a residence development in London’s Marylebone neighbourhood, will be introduced for sale to Singapore clients. The 215-unit property, which is being promoted by Savills Singapore, is a new property that is assumed to be finalized in 2029.
All residences at the development have a private terrace or terrace and include home appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing unit. Residents also have accessibility to a 24-hour attendant service, a fitness center, a locals’ lounge, a screening area, and a yard with play spots.
According to Koh, The Broadley “ticks all the boxes for Singapore financiers looking for top quality investments in worldwide portal cities.” He adds: “Appealing prices, combined with current currency exchange rate and softer competition in the UK market, is developing timely prospects for global investors to re-enter the London market.”
Savills Singapore will definitely be having a start gathering for The Broadley during the weekend of July 26 and 27 at voco Orchard Singapore, from 11am to 6pm.
The development falls under price zone 1 of London’s public transport system, that involves the main spot of the city. The Broadley is in just walking distance of three London Underground stations: Edgware Road, Marylebone and Paddington. Other notable terminals, such as Oxford Circus, Bond Street and Baker Street, are one stop away.
The Broadley is a joint project among London-based property developer Mount Anvil and the Westminster City Council. The development becomes part of Westminster’s GBP1.3 billion Church Street regeneration zone that are going to see brand-new homes, retail and environment-friendly spaces and public services. “The Church Street regrowth will cause a significant makeover and The Broadley will be the first to benefit from it,” states Ruben Koh, top supervisor and head of international housing sales at Savills Singapore.
Units at The Broadley consist of a mix of studio, one-, 2- and three-bedroom condos. According to Savills, costs for the units start from GBP599,000 ($ 1.03 million) for studios, from GBP731,000 for one-bedrooms, from GBP982,000 for two-bedrooms and from GBP1.86 million for three-bedrooms.
Amenities in the bordering spot consist of stores and restaurants on Marylebone High Street. The Broadley is also close to different schools and universities, along with green spaces such as Regent’s Park and Hyde Park.
