Chu adds that the development will certainly make it possible for APAC Realty to better offer clients seeking to diversify their property portfolios beyond Singapore. “The combination of global uniformity and community insight will generate our results throughout the region,” he mentions.

Through this expansion, APAC Real estate’s system are going to grow to more than 21,900 consultants throughout 14 Asia-Pacific countries. The Hong Kong franchise business– ERA Hong Kong Morning Dragon– will likely be led by Michelle Chan and Benny Wong, both of these experienced professionals with around 3 decades of knowledge in financial and cross-border real estate.

Hong Kong’s property industry has been revealing indicators of rehabilitation this year, sustained by the removal of real property stamp responsibilities, easing mortgage prices and enhancing cost.

ERA HKMD’s Chan claims the alliance “shows our dedication to keeping in the lead of market patterns and reinforcing our competitive advantage”. She includes that ERA’s worldwide platform will help the firm better address the evolving requirements of Hong Kong clients.

Singapore-based property providers APAC Realty, via its subsidiary brand name ERA, has signed a franchise agreement with Hong Kong– managed property and financial solutions firm Hong Kong Morning Dragon Company (HKMD).

According to Marcus Chu, Chief Executive Officer of APAC Real estate, the group’s entrance into Hong Kong comes at a “strategic and appropriate time, amidst restored client trust and boosting industry belief”.
