ThirdHome names new business development director of Southeast Asia and product head to accelerate global expansion

Exclusive luxury residence exchange club for second-home owners, ThirdHome, has recently selected Julian Sedgwick as business development executive of Southeast Asia and Brooke Ashton Carvalho as director of product.

Prior to joining ThirdHome, Sedgwick carried top leadership spots at Savills, JLL, BNP Paribas Realty, Crown Group and Damac Properties. He even founded TGC Global Consultancy, where he suggested builders on Asian market entrance approaches, sales platforms and resources collaborations.

Sedgwick delivers greater than 25 years of experience in global realty, investment structuring and cross-border transactions. During the course of his job, Sedgwick helped with more than US$ 5.5 billion ($ 6.96 billion) in worldwide housing property arrangements and built a network of over 200 household offices and ultra-high-net-worth financiers throughout Asia Pacific.
