Community gardens, murals among ground-up projects to liven up HDB towns, public spaces via Lively Places Fund
To insert pleasure and vibrancy into Singapore’s public places and cultivate more powerful bonds, the Lively Places Fund provides up to $20,000 in financing to sustain community-driven placemaking plans.
