Aberdeen partners Weave Living to buy six Tokyo residential properties

Five of the assets are going to be run as furnished flexible rental flats following Weave Place– a label managed by Weave Living. The 6th property will continue to be operated as a typical built-to-rent residential property.

At The Same Time, Weave Living’s Japan account has expanded to approximately JPY110 billion since it entered the marketplace in 2023.

Aberdeen Investments is acquiring six houses in Tokyo in alliance with Hong Kong-based rental accommodation firm Weave Living.
