Pan Pacific Hotels to roll out 10 new-build and renovation projects across Southeast Asia in 2027
PHG owns and handles over 50 resorts, hotels and serviced suites throughout three brands: the high-end offering Pan Pacific, the upscale proposition Parkroyal, and Parkroyal Collection, which comprises resorts placed all around nature, sustainability and well-being.
Over half of the profile has undergone the programme considering that 2020, consisting of newly developed, revamped or significantly refurbished real estates. Amongst these are the 237-room Pan Pacific London, which opened in 2021 and Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore, which debuted in 2023.
The technique combines globally recognised architects and designers, biophilic and wellbeing-led design, boosted sustainability framework and technology-enabled experiences in a “detailed makeover” of PPHG’s portfolio.
The improvement comes amid a developing hospitality landscape, with the boundaries in between job, recreation, wellness and personal time becoming “increasingly flowing”, PPHG observed.

The plans are part of PPHG’s “Version 2.0” method, that intends to transform “not only how PPHG’s hotels look, but exactly how they work and involve with visitors”, the group stated in a release.
” The market has moved, and we have to shift along with it,” stated Choe Peng Sum, Chief Executive Officer of PPHG. “People are living in different ways, and therefore they are taking a trip differently.”
Versus this backdrop, PPHG intends to make each brand under its portfolio “much more distinctive and more relevant to the marketplace it offers”. “Our ambition is to have a portfolio where each brand has a clear reason to exist, yet where the group as a whole has the operating breadth to catch different kinds of need,” Choe described.
Properties that is going to be remodelled are Parkroyal Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur; Parkroyal Gurney Bay Penang and Parkroyal Collection Pickering, Singapore.
New properties comprise Pan Pacific Phnom Penh; Parkroyal Siem Reap; Siam Pan Pacific Bangkok; Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Thonglor, Bangkok; Parkroyal Hanoi; Parkroyal Serviced Suites Manila Bay and Parkroyal Jakarta.
