Weave Living opens two flagship properties in Singapore

Hong Kong-headquartered Weave Living currently has three properties in Singapore. Its first is Weave Suites – Midtown, a 65-key real estate on Jalan Sultan, that opened in 2023. Weave Living and SLB Development had collectively acquired the real estate, previously referred to as Hotel Clover, for $74.8 million in 2022.

Services at Weave Suites– Hillside consist of a gym, yoga workshop, outside balconies, and open-concept receptions. There are also co-working places, private meeting areas, and recreation areas finished with a games room, karaoke workshop, and a theatrette.

“Our objective is to meet the requirements of people and family members looking for more than simply an area to live– with these brand-new debut we intend to provide an experience that enriches their lives,” says Doshi.

The estate is Weave Living’s initial pet-friendly location in Singapore and delivers facilities on-site including a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, barbecue pit, and a family-friendly park.

On The Other Hand, Weave Suites – Hillside is located on Wilkie Road in the Mount Sophia enclave. It includes 175 suites ranging from open-plan workshops to one and two-bedroom layouts.

The property was formerly known as Citadines Mount Sophia. A shared venture making up Weave Living and global property supervisor Blackrock bought the real property in February last year for $148 million.

Rental accommodation service provider Weave Living has released 2 new front runner properties in Singapore, situated in the East Coast and Mount Sophia areas. According to the group, the dual launch belongs to its ongoing expansion in Singapore and throughout the broader Asia Pacific region.

The building stands near Orchard Road. It is also within walking distance of the Rochor, Bencoolen, Dhoby Ghaut and Bras Basah MRT Stops, offering connectivity to the Downtown, North East, North-South and Circle Lines.

Weave Suites – Hillside is set to debut in March with beginning rates from $199 per night with a minimal six-night stay or $4,480 monthly.

“With the intro of Weave Residences– East Coast and Weave Suites– Hillside, we are elevating luxury and serviced living, providing a new standard of living and freedom that fulfill the varied demands these days’s modern-day renter,” claims Sachin Doshi, founder and group CEO of Weave Living, in a Feb 10 press release.

The property is located in just 10 minutes’ walk of Marine Parade MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line. It is also close to leisure and lifestyle centers such as East Coast Park, Joo Chiat and Katong.

Weave Residences – East Coast, nestled on Still Road, makes up 93 self-supporting homes, varying from studios to two-bedroom flats and penthouses with private pools. The homes, which are open for booking, have a launching cost of $3,700 each month, with a minimum six-month stay.
