Hilton Garden Inn expands in Apac with two new signings in Busan and Hyderabad
The hotel is South Korea’s second Hilton Garden Inn, with the first being a 208-key property in Gangnam, Seoul, that started in 2021. Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang will add to the firm’s 11 trading and pipeline hotels in South Korea.
Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally is the city’s 3rd Hilton hotel, after the currently opened 115-key Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa, and the upcoming Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli. The latter are going to come with 304 guestrooms and suites.
In India, the firm has associate with Fairmont Group, a real estate firm stationed in the city, to present Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally. This is the brand’s first accommodation in Hyderabad.
International hospitality giant Hilton has already introduced the signings of two new Hilton Garden Inn properties around Asia Pacific (Apac)– in Busan, South Korea, and Hyderabad, India– which will both start in 2028.
Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang are going to present a all-day eating restaurant, coffee shop and lounge, fitness facility, swimming pool, health spa and sauna facilities. It is near local amenities including Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Lotte World Adventure Busan and Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets.
The 111-key hotel is going to be element of a bigger mixed-use development, and is well-positioned to gain from Busan’s growing profile as a recreational, health and medical tourist hub, says Hilton. The city is targetting to welcome 100,000 foreign clinical visitors annually by 2030.
Noh Dae Hyun, chairman of MS&C Co, mentions, “By leveraging Gijang’s natural environments and regional facilities, we intend to produce a distinguished place that incorporates hospitality, wellness and housing experiences.”
Nava Grove MCL Land & Sinarmas Island
In the coastal country of Gijang in Busan, Hilton authorized an operation agreement with South Korean F&B manufacturing business MS&C Co, to release Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang.
Located inside a mixed-use property, the 96-room lodging consists of an all-day dining restaurant with a bar, and over 10,000 sq ft of gathering and event room. The property is close to Grade A workplace and retail outlets, with accessibility to essential business districts through the Outer Ring Road, a 158km-long freeway circling Hyderabad.
Hilton Garden Inn is the company’s high end label that offers inexpensive lodgings with raised amenities. The label has around 40 trading resorts in Apac.
